Pierre Lapie

Throughout his military career, which encompassed senior officer assignments in France and abroad, notably in London and Istanbul, Pierre Lapie gained extensive experience in operational exercises and deployments. Transitioning to a consultancy role, he refined his expertise in operational planning and strategic decision-making, applying his skills to diverse and complex challenges. 

He published “L'Art du Possible” in 2020, in French, proposing a methodology for planning and conducting projects inspired by military operational methods. After four years as a consultant and feedback from readers, he released this enhanced edition in English.
